As a medical spa, we offer services designed and monitored by licensed medical professionals. Our directors are skilled, personable plastic surgeons known for honest, open relationships with their patients. Dr. Andrew J. Wolfe received many honors for outstanding work during his educational years and has been in practice in Denver since 2001. Dr. Steven D. Vath, a fellowship-trained surgeon experienced in many innovative procedures, joined Dr. Wolfe in 2004.

Amy Munroe, Medical Aesthetician – Cherry Creek Location
After becoming licensed and receiving advanced training at the International Dermal Institute of California in 2004, Amy has worked as an aesthetician in plastic surgeons offices throughout the Denver metro area. She has specialized in creating comprehensive, personalized plans including medically enhanced facials, laser treatments, microdermabrasion, peels and dermaplaning. Amy's combination of skill and personal warmth helps her clients in both looking their best and feeling truly cared for. Amy produces consistently excellent results in a nurturing, peaceful environment.
Ann Marie O'Brien, R.N. – Cosmetic Injection and Laser Specialist
Ann Marie has more than 20 years of nursing experience. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from D'Youville College in Buffalo, NY. For the past several years, she has been working closely with both Dr. Wolfe and Dr.Vath and has expertise in the cosmetic surgical field as well as medical aesthetics. She has completed continuing education in aesthetic injection training techniques for BOTOX, Dysport® and dermal fillers such as Restylane®, JUVÉDERM® and RADIESSE®. Ann Marie is certified on the eMax laser to perform IPL and Trinity and is also certified on our more advanced PEARL Fractional Laser. Ann Marie truly enjoys the aesthetic industry and considers it an honor to help her patients' look and feel their very best.
Carrie Donelson, Aesthetician – Golden Location
Carrie is a licensed aesthetician with more than 6 years of experience in the skin care industry. She also has a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University. Carrie has extensive training in microdermabrasion techniques, chemical peels, dermaplaning, laser hair removal and waxing. In 2004, she was featured in 5280's Best of Denver for waxing. She is also trained in various medical skin care lines in application of Jane Iredale mineral cosmetics. In her time off, she enjoys spending time with her 2 young children.
Deb Coaty, RN, MSN
Deb has been an RN for over 22 years and has worked in the plastic surgery industry in the Denver metro area for nearly seven years. She received her RN, BSN in Madison, WI in 1990 and worked for 16 years in Labor & Delivery and OB/GYN in several Denver area hospitals. In 1994, Deb obtained her MSN, CNM at UCHSC. After having 4 children she decided to settle down in the area of plastics, caring for and educating patients from the consultation/pre-operative process through the operating room and post-op care. Deb also injects Botox, fillers and administers various treatment modalities in skin care. She is passionate about making you feel comfortable and reassured throughout your entire surgical and post-op experience. Outside of work Deb enjoys running, cycling and spending time with her husband and 4 busy children.
Polly McKibben, B.S.N., Advanced Nurse Injector and Laser Specialist
Polly has over 13 years of experience as a skin care and an injection nurse specialist. She specializes in cosmetic treatments including such as: Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane and Radiesse. She also performs other medical services such as IPL, Dermarolling and Sclerotherapy, as well as treating sun damaged and aged skin utilizing the latest laser treatments.
Polly suffered with cystic acne and scarring for many years when she was younger. Helping others overcome the same struggles is one of the reasons she is so passionate about this industry. Polly is extremely qualified and talented! She genuinely cares about her clients and the results she can deliver, as well as building strong rapport with every one of her patients. She is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses and has had extensive training and education on advanced injection nursing techniques. Polly studied at the University of Boulder where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. In her spare time, Polly enjoys yoga, hiking and skiing.
Sara Donlin-Kubik, R.N. – Golden and Cherry Creek Locations

Sara has been performing cosmetic procedures for the past 4 years, specializing in neurotoxins, dermal fillers and cosmetic laser treatments. She welcomes the opportunity to bring medical aesthetic treatments to women and men who want to look and feel their best. She combines her educational and practical experience to develop individualized skincare programs for each client, yielding satisfying and exceptional results. She earned bachelor's degrees in nursing from Denver School of Nursing and in human development and family studies from Colorado State University. Sara enjoys riding her bike, scuba diving and spending time with her husband. Sara is a nationally recognized speaker for both Allergan Medical as well as Medicis Aesthetics.
Suzanne Mangino, Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Suzanne has worked in health and medical spas since 2004, specializing in anti-aging, vascular irregularities, dry and sun damaged skin. She believes in utilizing natural skin care products and supplementation whenever possible. By evaluating each client through comprehensive assessment and feedback, she works to help her clients achieve optimum skin care results. Suzanne feels that there is nothing more satisfying than a client leaving their treatment with a healthy glow and smile on their face.
Debbie Doran, Front Desk – Golden Location
Debbie is the first person to greet you at our Rejuvenate! office in Golden. She's been in the cosmetic rejuvenation industry for more than 10 years and is well-versed in understanding your needs and lining you up with the right clinician. She's a delightful, cheery phone personality who manages appointment scheduling and answers initial questions about the treatments we perform and the products we offer. Debbie enjoys riding bikes with her husband in her spare time and relaxing with her family.
